This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Savannah College of Art and Design, Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia for a one-day festival May 1, 2020 from 9 am – 5 pm. The project scope includes the temporary creation of sand and wind sculptures in Shore Protection Act jurisdiction.
