This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Belvedere Island Property Owner Association, Inc. for maintenance of an existing community dock at 1736 Fair Hope Dr NE (Dock “E”). The work will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
