This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission to Glynn County Public Works for the placement of a temporary pedestrian bridge to access the beach over a tidal pool within the Shore Protection Act jurisdiction and in the vicinity of Massengale Park, St. Simons Island, Glynn County, Georgia. The temporary project will begin no sooner than 15-days from the date of this notice and will be removed within 6-months.
