This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Jacob Shalack of the University of Georgia Marine Institute, Sapelo Island, McIntosh County, Georgia for replacement of a walkway leading to a flux tower, authorized by Coastal Marshlands Protection Act Permit #673. The project scope includes the replacement of a 560ft. x 1.16ft. walkway in the State’s Coastal Marshlands Protection Act Jurisdiction. The work will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed no later than six months from the date of this letter.
