This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to conduct building maintenance activities no sooner 15 days after the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months. The request includes the maintenance of existing siding, windows, doors and 18 decks in the state’s SPA jurisdiction at Tybee Lights Condominiums.
