This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) for demolition, construction and maintenance of existing pool amenities at Beachside Colony, 404 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, Georgia. The project will commence no sooner than 15 days of the date on this letter and be completed within 6 months.
