This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission to Dan Bucey on behalf of Sea Island Company, LLC. for the removal of a portion of boardwalk within Coastal Marshlands Protection Act jurisdiction, Atlantic Ocean, Glynn County, Georgia. The project will begin no sooner than fifteen (15) days from the date of the letter and must be completed within six (6) months.
