This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to the Critz Tybee Run Fest to host a two-day event with race related amenities in the roundabout and Strand Parking Lot between of 16^th Street and 17^th Street within the State’s Shore Protection Act (SPA) Jurisdiction. The temporary project will commence no sooner than 15 days after the date on this letter and be completed no later than Saturday, February 2, 2025.

The request includes the temporary closure of the public parking lot and the placement of event amenities on the paved area associated with the Strand Parking Lot.
