This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to temporarily impact coastal marshlands for maintenance of an earthen dike and water control structure permitted by Coastal Marshlands Protection Act permit #713. The project will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
