This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Mark and Monica Manocha for maintenance of an existing bank stabilization project within Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA) jurisdiction at 1218 Wilmington Island Road. The work will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
