CoastFest Exhibitor Application 2021

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Welcome to CoastFest 2021. We are excited to be returning to an in-person event this year and thank you for your interest in participating. 

Please read the information below carefully before submitting your application. Due to social distancing protocols this year, we may not be able to accommodate every exhibitor that applies. Exhibitors with missions most closely aligned with the natural resources theme of CoastFest will be given priority. 

This year's event will take place Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Mary Ross Waterfront Park in Brunswick near the corner of Gloucester and Bay streets. Exhibitor setup will begin at 7:30 a.m. and all vehicles must be out of the adjacent parking lots by 9:15 a.m. There will be an opportunity to stage exhibitor material Friday evening. 

Please plan your booth activities in anticipation of the full six-hour event. No early booth breakdown is permitted. We want to ensure that visitors who arrive at CoastFest at 3 p.m. have the same experience as those who arrived earlier. Please plan for as many as 10,000 visitors. 

CoastFest is not a sales event. We recognize that fundraising opportunities are an important part of many organizations, but the host of CoastFest, Georgia DNR, has established a NO SALES policy for the event. Exhibitors are encouraged to promote their services, their volunteer opportunities, and distribute materials, but no sales are permitted. This includes merchandise, memberships, and other transactions.
